Phase 1 of Little Mountain Social Housing, a 53 unit non-market residential project, fronts the street which will be adjacent to the Community Plaza, west of Main Street, and is the first new building of the  Little Mountain Master Plan. This building is the first development on the 15 acre Little Mountain Housing site and was guided by the Little Mountain Housing Policy Statement.
